Hotel Registration

Park Plaza Hotel & Towers is the official hotel of BLC and the only location offering discounted rates for attendees.

The following options are available from Wednesday, July 10, through checkout on Monday, July 22:

  • Singles/Doubles – One Bed: $250
  • Singles/Doubles – Two Beds: $270
  • Triples – Two Beds: $290
  • Quads – Two Beds: $310
  • Suites $415 and up

HOTEL POLICY: Please do not book a single-occupancy room for multiple guests. You will be charged the double-occupancy rate of $270.

Parking is available at the Motor Mart Garage for an additional fee. Valet parking is $51.00 for overnight parking and $30.00 for up to eight hours of parking.

Travel Information

Air Travel

Logan Airport is Boston’s main airport and services major airlines except Southwest Air.

For significant savings, consider flying Southwest Air to Manchester, NH, or Providence, RI, and then renting a car. The drive is approximately one hour to Boston. Flying Southwest, the nearest airports are as follows:

  • Manchester, NH Airport ( MHT)
  • Providence, RI Airport (PVD )

Train Travel

The Acela Express (Amtrak) runs from Washington DC, Philadelphia and New York to Boston.


Taxis are available from Logan Airport to the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers for approximately $30.

You can also take the subway, called the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (the “T”), to the hotel. Ask for directions at the information desk in the airport.

Last, you can take the Ultimate Shuttle, $17.00 per person, one-way. Reservations are recommended by calling: 888-437-4379. Shuttles pick up automatically every 30 minutes from 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. at each Boston Airport Terminal outside of Baggage Claim, under the “Shared Van Pick-up” sign.
